1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using skyjetaircraftspares.com and all related sites, mobile applications, and services, you accept and agree to be bound by and abide by these Terms.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on SkyJet Pro's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

3. Product Information

4. Ordering and Payment

4.2 Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or availability. The price you pay is the price in effect at the time your order is processed.

4.3 Payment Terms

Payment must be received before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing. All payments should be made in the currency specified on your invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Delivery Times

While we aim to meet stated delivery windows, delivery times are estimates only. SkyJet Pro is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or other third parties beyond our control.

5.2 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend requesting signature confirmation for high-value orders.

5.3 International Shipping

International customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees. SkyJet Pro is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective or incorrect items. Returns must be in original, unopened packaging unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

Custom orders, altered products, and items showing signs of use are generally non-returnable.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE MATERIALS ON SKYJET PRO'S WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN 'AS-IS' BASIS. SKYJET PRO MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OR OTHER VIOLATION OF RIGHTS.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SKYJET PRO OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE MATERIALS, EVEN IF SKYJET PRO OR A SKYJET PRO AUTHORIZED REPRESENTATIVE HAS BEEN NOTIFIED ORALLY OR IN WRITING OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.
