Constructed with a 22 AWG stranded tinned copper conductor core comprised of 19 strands of 34 AWG wire ensuring maximum flexibility and oxidation resistance. Enclosed in a standard-wall single layer of extruded ethylene-tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE/Tefzel) insulation rated for a continuous operating voltage threshold of 600 Volts. Engineered to withstand demanding aerospace environments with a thermal operating range from -55C to +150C, delivering exceptional mechanical durability, high chemical fluid resistance, and strict flame-retardant parameters.
