Military standard electrical bonding jumper assembly conforming directly to MS25083 performance parameters. Fabricated with a highly flexible, stranded copper core conductor treated in a protective tin surface plating for maximum environmental corrosion shielding. Standard physical dimensions feature a round 12 AWG wire size cross-section cut to a nominal length of 12 inches. Terminated on both ends with heavy-duty crimped terminal lugs featuring an aperture mounting hole diameter of 0.196 inches designed for size #8 or #10 grounding studs. Outfitted with yellow heat-shrinkable polyolefin insulation sleeves providing high mechanical strain relief and a verified assembly tensile strength threshold of 110 pounds.
