Precision manufactured from premium iron alloy 660 (A-286 stainless steel) per AMS 5732 specifications, engineered to deliver a minimum tensile strength of 130,000 PSI. Features a compact double hexagon (12-point) extended washer head design to optimize torque transmission and load distribution in tight spatial layouts. Equipped with 10-32 UNJF fine threads featuring an externally controlled root radius for superior fatigue life and vibration immunity. Fully passivated finish provides outstanding oxidation resistance in high-temperature aircraft airframe, engine, and accessory applications up to 1200°F.
