Technical Description

Military-standard extra-light duty single-row radial airframe control ball bearing (PN: MS27646-38 / B538DD). Features a 0.6250-inch nominal internal bore diameter and an inner ring extended on both sides to handle specialized clearance alignments. Outfitted with dual PTFE contact seals to retain factory-loaded MIL-G-81322 grease while preventing ambient dirt or moisture contamination. All exposed metal surfaces are treated with a heavy-duty protective cadmium plating (QQ-P-416 Type 1, Class 2) to prevent corrosion under continuous high-vibration airframe torque tubes and control linkage runs.
