Aviation-grade high-strength structural Hi-Lite pin fastener conforming to HL3296 series technical standards. Features a precision-engineered 100-degree countersunk flat head design for aerodynamic, flush-surface skin applications. Manufactured from premium alloy steel with a cadmium protective plating for excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Configured with a nominal dash 8 shank diameter and designed to work with matching structural collars in high-shear, close-tolerance aircraft assembly joints.
