Premium aerospace-standard (AS5174D1210 / AN919-20D) straight flared tube reducer union fitting crafted from lightweight, high-tensile blue anodized aluminum alloy (2014/2024-T6) for robust weight reduction and military-spec corrosion protection. Designed to provide a concentric step-down transition between a larger 3/4-inch outer diameter (O.D.) aircraft line down to a smaller 5/8-inch O.D. fluid line. Configured with dual external 37-degree convex matching seating cones—a 1-1/16-12 UNJ-3A machine thread on the primary large port and a 7/8-14 UNJF-3A thread on the secondary reducer port—flanking a centralized mechanical hex-wrenching nut to guarantee zero-leak integrity within pneumatic or high-pressure hydraulic subsystems up to 3,000 PSI.
