Fabricated from high-strength, seamless corrosion-resistant alloy tubing featuring an integrated high-integrity welded triple-junction manifold header. Configured with specialized precision mandrel bends to route fluid flows seamlessly around airframe frame elements while ensuring optimal volumetric efficiency. Outfitted on all three terminal distribution ends with factory-installed flareless mechanical coupling nuts over protective sleeve ferrules to establish a completely leak-proof positive mechanical seal. Complete with high-visibility red protective polymer shipping caps on all terminal interfaces to block dust and preserve strict cleanroom properties prior to system integration.
