Thread dimensions follow a right-hand #10-32 UNJF-3A close-tolerance class fit featuring a nominal grip length of 0.8125 inches (13/16"). Fabricated from premium A-286 iron-base superalloy, delivering an ultimate tensile strength rating of 160,000 PSI alongside excellent oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures. Outfitted with an aerodynamically flush 100-degree flat countersunk tension head utilizing a cruciform cross-recess drive system to handle tight structural preload requirements. Finished with a comprehensive passivation surface treatment to eliminate external iron contamination and prevent galvanic corrosion in critical high-temperature airframe joint assemblies.
