Precision aerospace-grade structural machine screw (PN: NAS5902-7) manufactured from high-strength, premium corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Features a fine 8-32 UNC-3A right-hand thread profile configuration with a nominal fastener length of 7/16 inch (0.438") and a full-thread shank structure reaching the head's bearing surface. Engineered with a multi-drive external hexagon head combined with an integrated type 1 cruciform (Phillips) cross-recess drive, enabling high-torque tightening via hex sockets or cross-head tools while minimizing the risk of driver cam-out. Passivated finish provides exceptional resistance to oxidation, atmospheric corrosion, and chemical wear in critical aviation assemblies.
