High-strength precision alloy steel structural machine screw manufactured to NAS1801 technical parameters. Thread metrics follow a right-hand 1/4-28 UNJF-3A tight-tolerance fit class featuring an overall fastener length of 1.4375 inches (1-7/16"). Fabricated from premium high-tensile alloy steel providing a minimum ultimate tensile strength rating of 160,000 PSI to handle demanding structural preloads. Outfitted with an external hexagon head design integrated with an indented washer face and a secondary internal cruciform cross-recess drive to permit versatile dual-tool configuration torqueing. Finished with a comprehensive cadmium plating surface treatment to secure superior protection against environmental oxidation and galvanic wear in high-stress airframe joints.
