Thread profile details a precision #10-32 UNJF-3A fit classification with an overall fastener length ranging from 1.565 inches minimum to 1.625 inches maximum. Fabricated from premium 4340 or 8740 composition steel providing a minimum tensile strength rating of 160,000 PSI. Features an external hexagon head configuration integrated with a specialized internal Tri-Wing recess drive mechanism to withstand rigorous installation torque. Finished with an all-over Type II Class 2 cadmium plating for exceptional galvanic and corrosion protection in critical airframe applications.
