Premium aerospace-grade SolderShield one-to-one cable splice repair kit designed for environmental shielding protection of multi-conductor and coaxial cables. Engineered for wire sizes 20-22 AWG (0.30-0.60 mm²), the kit features a transparent heat-shrinkable PVDF outer sleeve, a pre-fluxed solder kinetic ring with thermoplastic sealing inserts, and an internal crimp barrel barrel assembly. Delivers a fully insulated, sealed, and strain-relieved grounding connection in a single thermal installation step. Highly resistant to aggressive aviation fluids, moisture intrusion, and high-velocity vibration profiles across commercial airframe electrical systems.
