Precision-machined, high-density male pin contact engineered in strict accordance with ARINC 600 rack-and-panel connector standard layout parameters. Manufactured from a premium copper alloy base structure treated with localized high-grade gold surface plating over a uniform nickel underplate to completely negate long-term surface corrosion and maintain minimum contact resistance. Features a size 22 mating profile optimized for low-insertion-force (LIF) engagement within rear-release crimp termination cavities. Calibrated to securely accommodate electrical wire gauges spanning 26 AWG to 22 AWG, complete with painted green and orange visual identification band indicators for rapid cross-reference validation.
