Qualified under military specification MS27785-27, this specialized unit features a three-position momentary configuration (Momentary On - Off - Momentary On) with an integrated wire termination system (IWTS) accepting 16-20 gauge wiring for optimal electrical contact reliability under severe vibration. Constructed with a robust molded silicone elastomer seal bonded between the silver cadmium oxide contacts, standard round metal lever, and anodized aluminum bushing to provide complete environmental isolation against fluid infiltration, dust, and pressure fluctuations within commercial airframe systems.
