Premium aerospace standard (AS5174-1010 / superseded AN815 series) straight flared tube union fitting manufactured from high-strength, black anodized aluminum alloy. Engineered to join two standard 5/8-inch outer diameter (O.D.) aircraft fluid lines. Features dual identical external 7/8-14 UNJF-3A fine machine threads with matching 37-degree precise convex sealing seats flanking a centralized hex wrenching flange to ensure zero-leak mechanical integrity under severe vibrations up to 3,000 PSI operational pressure.
