Vintage New Old Stock (NOS) high-reliability miniature double signal diode vacuum tube engineered for vision and sound detection circuits, FM discriminators, and low-current RF rectification. Housed in an 18mm diameter clear glass envelope built onto a 7-pin miniature B7G button base. Features a highly efficient dual-anode flat structure completely split by an internal shield screen plate providing optimal RF isolation between the sections. Operates on a standard indirectly heated cathode configuration with a design heater voltage rating of 6.3V at a 0.3A current draw, supporting a maximum peak inverse voltage of 460V and a maximum mean anode current of 10mA per diode.
